Return policy
Each piece is hand-picked, cleaned with care and photographed in a red-carpet-worthy bright light to show any and all signs of use. For this reason, we don't accept returns.
We do, however, want you to be completely in love with your new purchase, so if you want to see more pictures of an item, need a video of it, or just want to ask some questions about it, drop us a line anytime hello@levibevintage.com.
Shipping
Delivery costs are always such a turn off. That's why our shipping is a flat rate of £2.49 on all orders. Whether you're buying an accessory or a whole new wardrobe – we're not going to charge you the earth for it.
We know you'll be excited to get your new piece(s), and promise to ship your order within 2 days of purchase (bear with us if it's a weekend!)
Once your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with further information. Please note delivery times vary depending on your location.
Right now, we only ship within the UK – but, as soon as we can get our heads around tarrifs, taxes and all the red tape that goes with it, we'll change this to worldwide.

What do the different vintage conditions mean?
Excellent vintage condition: No noticeable flaws or wear, almost as new.
Great vintage condition: Worn with care, may have some light wear but not visible when wearing or very slight.
Good vintage condition: Has been worn and loved, may have some flaws but still perfectly wearable.
